About Us
The Private Sector Jobs and Skills Corp (PCORP) is a nonstock, nonprofit organization established by the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC) in 2024 to provide relevant government agencies with regular, coordinated private sector insights to improve workforce and industry development policies.
PCORP’s mission is to organize a well-coordinated government-industry-academe national movement to solve the jobs and skills mismatch problem. By ensuring that Filipinos acquire the skills required by key industries, PCORP aims to accelerate job creation in priority sectors, drive industrial transformation, and enhance economic competitiveness.
Through strategic collaboration, PCORP works to:

- Enhance national workforce development programs
- Strengthen public-private partnerships
